1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

5.2 Wagering Requirements

7. Prohibited Activities

12. Account Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your ac77 account at any time by contacting the support team and submitting a written closure request. Prior to account closure, any pending wagering requirement obligations attached to active bonuses must be addressed in accordance with the relevant bonus terms. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to the applicable withdrawal terms.

12.2 Termination by ac77

When material changes are made, ac77 will publish the updated Terms & Conditions on the platform with a revised effective date. Where practicable, ac77 will notify registered players of significant changes via the contact details held on their account. 14. Governing Law
